Damaged Shipment Procedure

  1. Inspect on Arrival
    Examine the package when it’s delivered. If you see any exterior damage—even to the carton—note it on the carrier’s receipt before signing.
    Can’t unbox immediately but suspect an issue? Mark the receipt “possible damage.”

  2. Document
    Open the parcel as soon as possible, photograph any damage to the product or packaging, and keep the materials until your claim is resolved.

  3. Contact Us
    Email the photos to support@kitchenworkspro.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
