The height-adjustable main grate, secondary searing grate, interchangeable griddle, and S-shaped meat hooks give you the freedom to grill, sear, roast, smoke, and slow-cook — all in one station.
The gaucho-style firebox (brasero) lets you ignite charcoal or firewood quickly while keeping the flames off to the side for perfect indirect heat. Firebrick-lined walls ensure even heat retention and prolong the life of your grill.

Convenience comes built in with a foldable side table, integrated water drain system, bottle opener, and included stainless steel shovel & poker set. Four heavy-duty casters make it easy to move, while the patent-protected design ensures you own something truly unique.

Height adjustable grates:

The firebox or brasero:

Ignite your fire the authentic way with the built-in brasero firebox. Designed to light charcoal or firewood quickly and efficiently, it keeps the flame away from the food while continuously producing hot coals. Load it with lump charcoal, briquettes, or wood—our recommendation: a blend of hardwood lump charcoal and firewood for rich, smoky flavor. As the coals are ready, they naturally fall beneath the grate for consistent, even heat.

Firebricks:

Built for both performance and durability, the firebrick-lined walls retain and distribute heat evenly across the grill while reducing exterior wall temperatures. This signature feature of Argentine grills extends the life of your BBQ and ensures perfect cooking conditions every time.
