  2. Before Dispatch
     • Orders that haven’t shipped are cancelled on the spot and a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
     • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.

  3. After Dispatch
    If the carrier has already picked up your order, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation. Instead, simply accept delivery and initiate a return under our 30‑Day Return Policy.
