Before Dispatch
• Orders that haven’t shipped are cancelled on the spot and a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete. -
After Dispatch
If the carrier has already picked up your order, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation. Instead, simply accept delivery and initiate a return under our 30‑Day Return Policy. -
