We want every KitchenWorks Pro transaction to be worry‑free. The guidelines below explain how to return items and receive refunds with minimal hassle.
1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise received after the 30‑day period is ineligible for return.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or incorrect goods: KitchenWorks Pro covers all return freight charges.

Change‑of‑mind returns: Customers are responsible for round‑trip shipping costs.
3. Products That Arrive Damaged or Defective
Notify us at support@kitchenworkspro.com within 30 days. We will issue a prepaid label or arrange carrier pickup. After inspection:

A replacement ships at no extra cost or

A full refund—including original outbound shipping—will be processed.
4. Change‑of‑Mind Returns
If the item no longer fits your needs, contact us within 30 days. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and resale‑ready. Once received and verified, we refund the merchandise price minus outbound shipping and any applicable restocking fee (see Section 6).
5. Refund Processing
