1. Cost of Delivery

Continental U.S. — FREE standard freight on all orders.

Expedited or special‑handling requests are available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. Order Cut‑Off & Processing

Cut‑off time: 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday.

Processing window: 1–2 business days.*
*If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you immediately by email or phone.
3. Transit Time

Ground freight typically reaches commercial addresses within 4–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
4. Freight & Appointment Scheduling
Large or palletized equipment ships via licensed carriers on 18‑wheeler trucks. The carrier will call to book a curbside delivery window. Please supply a valid phone number during checkout so there’s no holdup.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Instant receipt confirming purchase and payment approval.

Shipment notice—including tracking link—sent as soon as your order departs (usually within 48 hours).
6. Address Changes
Need to redirect a shipment? Email support@kitchenworkspro.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once freight is in transit, carrier reroute fees may apply.
7. Cancellations
Orders canceled before dispatch receive a full refund. If your items have shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
8. Damages & Shipment Issues

Inspect the cartons upon arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Snap photos of the packaging and product, then email them to support@kitchenworkspro.com within 48 hours.

We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund—at no cost to you—within one business day of verification.
